I guess this was supposed to be an attempt to draw Charlotte from Puella Magi Madoka Magica but with my own interpretation of her outfit, but it turned into quite something else.

I kept changing my mind while drawing, and now it looks nothing like the red cloak and ??? clothing from her witch form. >_>
